AST today boasts a 90 strong workforce providing satellite communications to a wide range of global customers. With new and innovative products being brought onto the market, the industry is thriving and be-spoke solutions, involving integration of hardware and software for specific customer requirements, becoming more commonplace. AST have undertaken integrated projects such as satellite tracking services to 800+ UK fishing vessels under contract to DEFRA (UK Government) which stand as a testament to their success in this specialised area.
