Customer Services Manager (Technical)

SALARY: £TBA

We are seeking a competent manager with a strong technical bias who will be in charge of seven Technical Support Engineers, dealing with mobile satellite and radio communications.

Reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management and motivation of a team of technical advisor's and engineers who provide telephone support and equipment repair facilities to external clients.

Other important activities will be to develop and push through strategic service initiatives, foster effective customer relationships and improve customer loyalty/retention and handle escalated issues to resolve problem areas.

You will be educated to at least HNC/HND level or its equivalent and have significant relevant experience.

A package comprising substantial salary, allowances, BUPA and company pension scheme is offered.
